At the weekend both Sally Sallett and Peter Wells submitted images for judging for the award of Certificate by the PAGB (Photographic Alliance of Great Britain). The adjudication took place throughout the weekend in Maidstone. Only 2 adjudications are held each year and they attract entries from across the whole country. Before submitting for adjudication Sally and Peter had to have submitted images for the Yorkshire Photographic Union Annual Exhibition for 2 years so this was not a spur of the moment entry. It is with great pleasure we can report both Sally and Peter were awarded the certificate so they can now put CPAGB after their name, alongside the LRPS. If they carry on like this I’ll have to have wider pages on the web site! Seriously, very well done to both of them. Below is an image of Sally pinning Peter’s award on him (or trying to draw blood – I’m not sure which) and one of the newly qualified and successful members together. Oh, by the way – if they can do it then may be you can as well!
